Zoe is the youngest, least experienced, and least skilled of the supervisees. In a previous session, Keith worked from a teacher role, telling Zoe that her work with a particular client seemed a bit superficial and encouraging her to slow down and explore the client’s present-moment experience. Although the supervisee took notes and seemed to understand what Keith was saying, the next audio file submitted by Zoe with the same client showed no improvement in this regard.
